Twenty years of building in Vilanova

Reformas Vilanoví is a company from Vilanova i la Geltrú, with a street-level office at Carrer del Correu, 75. Not a franchise with a local badge, not a phone answered from another province: the door opens and we are inside.

We have renovated homes here and in the neighbouring towns for over twenty years, and that has one consequence that disciplines us more than any slogan: we run into our clients at the market, on the Rambla and at the school gate. In a town this size you cannot deliver mediocre work and disappear. We would not even know which way to go.

The team is over fifteen people, between our own trades and collaborators who have worked with us for years. Our suppliers are ones you can walk into — Schmidt kitchens, Miele and Pando appliances, materials from Bauhaus, BigMat and Saltoki — and three rules are never negotiated: the price is fixed in writing before we start, item by item; the person who visits you on day one answers your calls in week eight; and no job is delivered until the snag list reads zero, with a two-year written guarantee.

If you live abroad part of the year, one more thing matters: your project manager runs the job in English, sends weekly photo updates, and the office is always there — a door, not an inbox.

How well we do all this is not ours to claim: it is in the delivered projects and in our Google reviews, which publish themselves, unfiltered. We would rather you check than believe.
