The hand that draws it, builds it
The classic drama of interior design is the distance between the render and the reality: a beautiful project that nobody quite knows — or wants — to build as drawn.
Our way of removing that gap is structural: the design and the build come from the same house. When we draw a fitted piece, we already know who will make it and what it costs. When we plan the lighting, the wiring is routed for it from day one. Nothing gets lost in translation, because there is no translation.
The project defines what genuinely changes a space: layout and proportion; how daylight enters and what artificial light takes over; materials, chosen from physical samples and combined with intent; fitted furniture where standard pieces fall short; and colour as the result of all of the above, not a patch at the end.

Frequently asked questions
How are you different from a design studio?
A studio hands you drawings and renders, then you have to find someone to build them — and hope the result resembles the render. We are both things: the design and the build come from the same house, so what you see drawn is what gets delivered, with one responsible party if anything drifts.
What does an interior design project cost?
As a local reference: a whole-home design runs between 5 and 10% of the build budget, and a single-room project starts around €900. When we also execute the build, part of the design fee is discounted — designing well what we will later build saves us work too.
Do you do design without building work?
Yes. Some homes do not need a wall moved: they need judgement. Materials, colour, lighting, fitted furniture and one hand ordering the whole. Smaller brief, same method: proposal, fixed price, execution.
Will I see my home before deciding?
You will see the layout drawn, the materials as physical samples and, on full projects, 3D images of the key rooms. But the most useful thing we offer is visiting our finished work and touching real finishes before choosing yours.
