Our order of work is non-negotiable. First, demolition down to the clean shell. Second, new plumbing and wiring: multilayer pipe, properly sloped drains, and the sockets and light points where you will want them in ten years, not where they were in 1985. Third, the waterproofing membrane under the tray and in the shower zone — the thing standing between you and your downstairs neighbour. Only then, what you see: porcelain, sanitaryware, screen, vanity and light.
The most requested job on this coast is the classic for good reasons: bathtub out, floor-level walk-in shower in. Close behind: turning one bathroom into two in three-bedroom apartments where the whole family queues at the same door.

Frequently asked questions
How many days without a bathroom?
A complete bathroom takes 2–3 weeks on site, but you are without a working toilet far less: we phase the job so it stays usable almost throughout, and the shower is out of action for the minimum days possible.
Do you replace the old pipework?
If it is decades old, always — while the bathroom is open it costs hundreds of euros; after tiling, thousands. We show you the state of what is there and you decide, but our recommendation in older buildings is nearly always to renew it now.
Bathtub out, walk-in shower in — is that a big job?
It is the most requested change and it is well contained: floor, drains and waterproofing membrane are redone, and a resin tray goes in flush with the floor. It changes how the bathroom is used, cleaned, and how you age in your own home.
What does a bathroom renovation cost?
Between €6,000 and €11,000 before VAT for a complete 4–5 m² bathroom; most of the ones we deliver land between €7,000 and €8,500. The quote is itemised after a visit — demolition, waste and town-hall fees included, no surprise "extras".
