Every job on this page exists on a real street in Vilanova or its neighbours, and every card tells what the home asked for and what we did with it. It is our best introduction — the houses wrote it.
The building hid a Catalan brick vault above a false ceiling. We uncovered it, restored it brick by brick and arranged the whole floor plan around it: what spent decades covered up is now the soul of the flat.
A marble island with the sink integrated, handle-free white units and the ceiling beams painted light. The kitchen went from service room to the centre of the house.
Garden-city house with its original bathroom. Double basin on calacatta, glazed shower and the plumbing entirely renewed: what you cannot see is what will make it last thirty more years.
The classic seventies floor plan, redrawn: wall out, a new olive-green kitchen and herringbone parquet running through the whole flat. Systems renewed top to bottom.
Not a single wall moved: one wall-to-wall fitted bookcase that organises books, wardrobe and desk in a single piece of joinery. Every module defined before the first board was cut.
A summer home converted for year-round living: a living room with a wood-burning fireplace for January, an everyday dining space and glazing that insulates. The August house now knows about winters too.
